My stay was absolutely amazing at this hotel! The views of Kanchenjunga were stunning, especially during sunrise. The staff was incredibly attentive, making my family's experience seamless from start to finish. Although the rooms were well-kept and comfortable, I did find the bathrooms slightly small. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its great location and service, but maybe keep expectations in check regarding room size.

My stay at The Retreat was overall wonderful. The view of Mount Kanchenjunga from the room was spectacular, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking sunrises right from our bed. The location is serene yet close enough to the Mall, making it convenient. However, the services could use some improvement, particularly regarding cleanliness and breakfast options.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The views from my room, especially seeing the majestic Kanchenjunga during sunrise, were breathtaking. The staff, particularly Mr. Arijit and Mr. Sarkar, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the food could use a little improvement. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great value for money, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Darjeeling.

I had an incredible stay at The Retreat, where I enjoyed breathtaking views of Mount Kanchenjunga from my lovely room and the terrace.
